The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of technical experience, be able to interpret drawings to ASME/AWS standards, and excel in scheduling, budgeting, and cross-functional communication within a manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of technical experience in heavy industrial equipment project management.
• Ability to interpret ASME and AWS welding standards.
• Experience with scheduling tools (MS Project or similar) and project estimating.

Responsibilities

• Lead the execution of project deliverables by coordinating cross-functional teams and aligning resources efficiently.
• Serve as primary point of contact for customers, subcontractors, and internal teams during project execution.
• Translate customer specifications into clear project goals and deliverables, ensuring technical requirements are met.
• Develop and communicate project schedules, including risk mitigation and recovery strategies.
• Monitor and report on project financial performance, adjusting plans as needed to stay within budget and timeline.
