Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in heavy industrial equipment or manufacturing projects.
• Ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications (ASME/AWS).
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Experience coordinating cross-functional teams and external partners.

Responsibilities

• Lead project kickoff meetings, ensuring all stakeholders understand their roles and deliverables.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure project tasks are completed accurately and timely.
