Responsibilities

• Serve as primary liaison between customers, sales, and operations.
• Develop and maintain project plans for ECOs, NPI, and quality initiatives.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams including Engineering, Purchasing, Quality, and Production.
• Track milestones, deliverables and timelines using Kanban metrics.
• Communicate updates, schedule changes and recovery plans with customers.
• Lead customer and internal project meetings.
• Identify opportunities for continuous improvement and implement lessons learned.
• Conduct post-project reviews to improve future execution.
