• Develop and maintain project plans for engineering change orders (ECOs), new product introductions, and quality initiatives.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams including Engineering, Purchasing, Quality, and Production.
• Track project milestones, deliverables, and timelines using Kanban metrics.
• Communicate project updates, schedule changes, and recovery plans with customers.
• Lead customer and internal project meetings.
• Identify opportunities for continuous improvement and implement lessons learned from completed projects.
• Conduct post-project reviews to improve future project execution.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Analytics, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of project management experience, preferably within manufacturing or engineered products.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams.
• Experience with Microsoft Project or Microsoft Planner is a plus.

Requirements
