Genuine Search Group represents a growing manufacturer of automated machinery and CNC solutions in Dayton, OH. The Project Manager will lead multiple customer and internal capital equipment projects, ensuring schedules, budgets, and deliverables are met, from design through manufacturing to installation.

This role emphasizes cross-functional collaboration with Engineering, Sales, Operations, and Manufacturing.

Formación

• 2+ years in project management within manufacturing/automation environments.
• Experience leading internal cross-functional and customer-facing projects.
• Strong communication, organization, and leadership skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting.
• Experience collaborating with Engineering, Sales, Operations, and Manufacturing teams.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and project management software.
• PMP certification is preferred but not required.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Operations, or related field preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Manage multiple customer and internal capital equipment projects.
• Develop project schedules, milestones, and resource plans.
• Coordinate activities across Engineering, Sales, Operations, Manufacturing, Purchasing, Service, and other teams.
• Serve as primary communication point for customers throughout the project lifecycle.
• Monitor scope, timelines, budgets, risks, and change requests.
• Facilitate project meetings and provide regular status updates.
• Identify and resolve issues that could impact project success.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives within project management processes.
