Job summary

manpowe is seeking a Manufacturing Construction Project Manager to lead hands-on project execution for manufacturing facility developments, expansions, and modernization from concept through commissioning.

You will collaborate with manufacturing engineers and operations teams to optimize workflows, layouts, and power infrastructure, while coordinating with plant managers and production staff to minimize downtime during projects.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Industrial Technology, Construction Management, or a related technical field.
  • PMP certification or equivalent project management certification.
  • Minimum of 7 years of project management experience in manufacturing, industrial facilities, or heavy commercial/industrial construction environments.
  • Proven track record of managing complex manufacturing facility projects/CAPEX.
  • Hands-on experience working in active manufacturing environments with understanding of production operations, safety protocols, and minimal-downtime project execution.

Responsibilities

  • Lead hands-on project execution for manufacturing facility developments, expansions, and modernization efforts from concept through commissioning.

As a Manufacturing Construction Project Manager, you will be part of the Manufacturing Operations Department supporting industrial facility projects. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong leadership, technical expertise, and a collaborative approach, which will align successfully in the organization. Contract to direct hire potential.
