$85,000.00/yr - $95,000.00/yr

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead cross-functional projects that drive our company’s strategic initiatives. This role requires strong leadership skills, technical acumen, and the ability to manage complex projects from conception to completion.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Project Management, or related field
• 3-5 years of project management experience, preferably in technology, manufacturing, or automotive industries
• PMP certification preferred
• Strong proficiency in project management software (Microsoft Project, Asana, Jira)
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Office Suite
• Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies preferred
• Excellent leadership and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in transportation, logistics, or fleet management industry
• Knowledge of video surveillance technology and mobile connectivity solutions
• Master's degree in Business Administration or Engineering Management

Key Responsibilities

• Lead multiple concurrent projects across Product Development, Engineering, Sales, and Operations
• Develop comprehensive project plans, timelines, resource allocation, and risk mitigation strategies
• Manage project scope, budget, and timeline while maintaining clear stakeholder communication

Strategic Planning & Execution

• Collaborate with senior leadership to align projects with company strategic goals
• Monitor project progress using established KPIs and implement corrective actions as needed
• Ensure projects comply with industry standards and Safety Vision's quality requirements

Stakeholder Management

• Serve as primary point of contact for executives, department heads, and external partners
• Facilitate regular project status meetings and provide comprehensive progress reports
• Manage vendor relationships and coordinate with external contractors

Process Improvement

• Identify opportunities for process optimization and implement best practices
• Develop and maintain project management standards and methodologies
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance project delivery efficiency
