Job summary

Insight Global is seeking a Program Manager for a 2‑month contract in Colorado to lead the introduction of new aerospace products from concept to production readiness. This role spans engineering, operations, quality, and supply chain to ensure launches meet schedule, cost, and quality targets.

You will own the end-to-end NPI process, gather and translate requirements, track KPIs, and manage stakeholders to ensure customer satisfaction and project success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, manufacturing, or equivalent required.
• Minimum of 2 years experience in project management.
• Minimum of 5 years experience in aerospace manufacturing.
• Experience with ERP/MRP systems and project management tools.
• PMP Certification preferred.
• Or an equivalent combination of education, experience and / or training.

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end NPI process, from RFQ through production handoff.
• Ensure all project requirements and/or objectives are correctly gathered, understood and properly translated for execution.
• Recognize project Key Performance Indicators and manage the work within scope, quality, time and cost constraints
• Facilitate communication as appropriate to all involved and "manage" the stakeholders. This includes elevate issues to the next level of management
• Accountable for overall project success - including cost, schedule, quality, and scope management.
• Accountable for customer satisfaction / relationship both internal and external as deemed relative or necessary to project success.

The Program Manager role is responsible for leading the successful introduction of new aerospace products from concept through production readiness. This role bridges engineering, operations, quality, and supply chain to ensure that new programs are launched on time, within budget, and to specification.
