Position Summary

Oversee and track daily production status, follow up on DOE / VB / QB / Control Run boards, and work with cross-functional teams to push progress and results.

Qualifications:

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinates, organizes, and tracks DOE / VB / QB / Control Run boards in PD and/or FAE
• Consistently provides status report back to MPM engineers
• Monitors status of daily production and escalates issues, if any
• Supports customer visits, handles incoming requests, prepares items required

Required Qualifications

• Education: High School diploma

Technical Skills:

• Microsoft 365 applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Teams)
• Knowledge of PCBA processes and SMT manufacturing preferred

Soft Skills:

• Effective communication and leadership skills to drive quality initiatives
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Confident in handling escalations professionally
• Comfortable in working with cross-functional teams
• Proficient with dashboards, KPI tracking, and program metrics
