Job summary

MDMARTIN LLC seeks an Equipment Technician I for our Fort Worth, TX facility. You will perform routine maintenance, troubleshoot, and repair equipment to ensure safety and efficiency on the manufacturing floor.

You will document maintenance activities, assist in installations, and support junior technicians while following safety policies. A high school diploma is required, with 1+ year of relevant experience; an associate degree or related certification is favored.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• An associate degree or certification in electronics, mechanical, or a related field is preferred.
• At least 1 year of experience in equipment maintenance or repair, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial setting.
• Experience with a variety of tools and equipment, including diagnostic and testing instruments.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and troubleshoot equipment malfunctions and implement effective solutions to minimize downtime.

• The Equipment Technician I is responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing a variety of equipment to ensure optimal performance and safety. This role supports the operational efficiency of the organization by ensuring that all equipment is functioning correctly and meets the required standards.
