Manages with responsibility for results - projects in the context of manufacturing Key Responsibilities Leads the project within the defined requirements (e.g., cost, time, functionality). Ensures timely decisions on open issues, escalating when necessary. Ensures the right staffing and allocation of resources throughout the various phases of manufacturing projects. Contributes to and reviews the project proposal or plan to determine timeframe, funding limitations, and procedures for accomplishing the project. Designs and develops technical specifications, timelines, milestones, and budgets required for the project. Coordinates resources and monitors, tracks, and regularly reports project progress and milestones to all stakeholders. Negotiates and contributes to negotiations with suppliers and vendors. Responsible for meeting all project milestones and technical objectives. Monitors budget adherence and takes action to minimize non-conformance costs. Reviews project results, designs test procedures, and monitors test results. Ensures proper documentation of project results, as well as all products and technologies delivered. Adheres to defined project management standards and manages and coordinates all temporarily assigned project staff.

Location Newark, Delaware (Hybrid) On-site presence of 40% or greater is required.

The base pay range for this position is: $117,770 - $161,931 Factors which may affect starting pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate. If this is a commission eligible position the commission eligibility will be in accordance with the terms of the Company's plan. Commissions are based on individual performance and/or company performance.
