Job summary

Brightpath Associates LLC in Houston, TX seeks an experienced Project Manager to oversee projects from kickoff through final delivery, ensuring on-time, on-budget results aligned with customer requirements.

You will coordinate cross-functional teams including Sales, Engineering, Drafting, Purchasing, Production, Accounting and external stakeholders, manage lifecycle, track schedules, costs, and documentation to deliver successful outcomes.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of project management experience.
• Associate’s or bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution.

Responsibilities

• Manage projects throughout the entire lifecycle, tracking schedules, budgets, deliverables, and project documentation.
• Review kickoff documents, customer purchase orders, scopes, schedules, and contractual requirements; identify and resolve discrepancies.
• Coordinate with Sales and Commercial teams on project changes, costs, timelines, and deliverables.
• Coordinate with Engineering and Drafting to establish drawing schedules and track progress.
