Job summary

Saturn Petcare Inc. in Terre Haute, IN seeks a Project Manager to lead capital projects and productivity improvements for Saturn Petcare NA. You will manage project teams, monitor costs, and maintain schedules while coordinating with suppliers and on-site installation tasks.

The role requires strong leadership, detailed planning, and the ability to work across engineering disciplines. Travel and performance of multiple projects across phases are expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in manufacturing, industrial, mechanical, or related engineering field.
• Experience working with a team preferred.
• Associate degree in manufacturing, industrial, mechanical, or related engineering field.
• 3–5 years related experience.
• Experience in controlling capital investment projects including machine design with supplier, timing.
• Budgeting and Project Management experience desirable.
• Basic working knowledge of Windows and Microsoft Office.
• Ability to work independently or in a team environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage project management and project teams.
• Prepare subcontractor reports to inform Management of progress.
• Participate in supplier visits and document approvals.
• Control project costs and scheduling to meet budget and timelines.
• Maintain information flow using document control systems and project management software.
• Attend meetings and report on project tasks as needed.
• Work with MS Office and other software applications.
• Direct on-site interface for equipment installation, testing, and tasks.
• Develop data and procedures for maintenance systems and manuals.
• Ensure compliance with SQF requirements and safety policies.
