Job summary

Saturn Petcare Inc. seeks a Production Supervisor for Wet Area Operations in Terre Haute, IN. You will supervise production teams, train employees, and drive continuous improvement to ensure quality and efficiency in a high-automation environment.

You will collaborate with area leaders, manage schedules, and monitor KPI performance while using SAP/ERP systems and MS Office tools. German language skills are a plus.

Qualifications

• Education/experience in business administration, management or technical field.
• Leadership experience in supervising and developing employees.
• Experience with continuous improvement programs such as SPQDC, Flow, SMED, EPEI, 5S and problem solving.
• Experience with high-automated production processes (pet food) preferred.
• Experience in statistical data interpretation and analysis (SPC).

Responsibilities

• Supervise production teams in Wet Area Operations.
• Train, coach and develop employees to meet performance.
• Monitor schedules and adjust workflows to meet customer needs.
• Deliver quality products to customers.
• Support production training programs and CI initiatives.
• Capture performance data to identify KPIs.
