Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical/Manufacturing/Industrial Engineering or related technical field, or extensive equivalent experience.
• Experience in manufacturing engineering, process development, and equipment ownership from NCI or capital projects is a plus.
• Ability to guide manufacturing engineers and operators to develop high quality products and processes.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical guidance on major manufacturing projects with internal/external suppliers.
• Coordinate integration of systems with the production plant and monitor feasibility of designs.
• Support capacity planning, cost effectiveness, and process improvements across equipment lifecycles.
