Ideal candidates have strong project management skills, manufacturing systems experience, and a proactive problem-solving mindset; travel is expected 50-70% with weekday flights or driving as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Facilities Management, or related field OR 5+ years of large-scale engineering project experience.
• 3+ years of project management experience within manufacturing/industrial environments.
• Experience with capital projects, manufacturing systems, HVAC, vendor coordination, budgeting, and large-scale equipment installations.
• Proficiency with Gantt charts, scheduling, budgeting, and lifecycle management.

Responsibilities

• Manage major capital projects from inception to completion across multiple plants.
• Develop project plans, timelines, budgets, and implementation strategies.
• Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, contractors and plant teams to ensure outcomes.
• Estimate costs, prepare POs, process invoices, and track financials.
• Oversee large-scale system installations and ensure safety and quality.
