Job summary

Radiance Technologies, Inc. seeks a Project Engineer to support the Emerging and Disruptive Technologies Group in Huntsville, AL. The role aids the Army’s Manufacturing Industrial Base team to advance manufacturing capability across High Energy Laser and High Power Microwave technologies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or relevant field.
• Ability to obtain Secret clearance.
• Ability to work well in a collaborative team.

Responsibilities

• Serve as Technical Resource for manufacturing and technology aspects.
• Generate RFIs, surveys, and solicitations for supplier insights.
• Plan RFPs to obtain solutions for identified challenges.
• Develop detailed statements of work with project leads.
• Evaluate and provide feedback on deliverables.
• Identify and evaluate project risks with partners.
• Travel to vendors/facilities across the US up to 20%.
• Support day-to-day execution and reporting to the Program Manager.
