Job summary

Radiance Technologies is seeking a Project Engineer to support the Emerging and Disruptive Technologies Group and the Army's Manufacturing Industrial Base team. The role involves advancing manufacturing capabilities across HE L and HPM technologies, serving as a technical resource, and collaborating with SMEs to develop SOWs and assess supplier capabilities.

Qualifications

• Must have 5 years of manufacturing experience or equivalent.
• Ability to communicate complex technologies to diverse audiences, including vendors and leadership.
• Experience with DoD acquisition processes and development cycles is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as technical resource on manufacturing and technology based on SME input.
• Prepare and issue RFIs and industry surveys to assess supplier capabilities.
• Plan RFPs and solicit solutions for identified tech challenges.
• Develop detailed SOWs with Project Analyst/Lead for project execution.
• Evaluate deliverables and provide actionable feedback to teams.
• Identify and assess project-specific risks with suppliers/partners.
• Travel to vendors/manufacturing facilities across the US up to 20%.
• Support day-to-day project execution and report to the Program Manager.
