Silgan Containers in Brookfield, Wisconsin is seeking a Project Engineer, Manufacturing to lead large-scale capital projects across multiple facilities. You will manage capital engineering initiatives, coordinate with plant teams, vendors, and contractors to deliver on time and within budget.

The role offers exposure to multi-site manufacturing, capital improvements, and hands-on problem solving in metal packaging operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field, or equivalent work experience.
• 5+ years managing large-scale engineering projects in manufacturing.
• Experience with capital projects and vendor coordination.
• Ability to read technical drawings and blueprints.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsabilités

• Manage major capital projects from inception to completion.
• Develop schedules, budgets, and resource plans.
• Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and plant teams.
• Track costs, issue POs, and manage invoices.
• Lead project meetings and report status.
• Ensure safety and quality standards.
