Qualifications

• 5+ years of project management experience.
• PMP certification is preferred.
• Experience with project management software tools and best practices.
• Pulp and paper mill experience.
• Experience with Microsoft Project and Asset Suite.

Responsibilities

• Promote safety through proactive involvement in safety training and policies.
• Develop project scope, objectives, and goals.
• Prepare budget based on scope and resource requirements.
• Track project costs to meet budget.
• Develop and manage a detailed project schedule and work plan.
• Identify and manage potential risks and liabilities, input to risk management plans.
• Perform quality control and ensure regulatory compliance on projects.
• Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to manage contracts and deliverables.
• Provide project updates to stakeholders and align with project goals.
• Delegate tasks and motivate team; participate in weekend duty.
