Job summary

Brambles USA Inc (CHEP) is seeking a motivated and results-oriented Project Engineer to lead capital equipment and facility improvement projects across our manufacturing and supply chain network. You will partner with Operations, Safety, Quality, Finance, and Engineering to deliver projects from concept through execution on time and within budget.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field.
• 3 to 5 years of Project Engineering/Manufacturing Engineering/Project Management experience in industrial settings.
• Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong collaboration and communication across cross-functional teams.
• Bilingual English/Spanish capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead capital equipment and facility improvement projects from planning through implementation.
• Develop project scopes, equipment layouts, timelines, budgets, and business justifications.
• Prepare capital expenditure requests and support project approval processes.
• Manage project execution activities, including vendor selection, RFPs, quotes, PO creation and tracking, installation, commissioning, and startup.
• Coordinate with Operations, Safety, and Quality to align with objectives and regulatory requirements.
• Track, monitor, and communicate progress, costs, risks, and milestones; ensure proper closeout documentation.
