Job summary

TCOM, L.P. in Columbia, MD is seeking a Project Financial Analyst to support the Operations Program Management Office. You will manage program costs, assist in defining work breakdown structures, and provide weekly cost visibility to manufacturing managers and leadership.

The role requires 3–5 years of project financial analysis experience, a Bachelor's degree in a related field, and proficiency with Earned Value Management. Competitive salary and benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field, or equivalent amount of education and experience.
• Three to five years of project financial analysis experience and formal training in the Earned Value Management System.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills required.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with Manufacturing Managers on project status and maintain program schedules.
• Assist in defining scope of tasks to create the Work Breakdown Structure.
• Research and justify man hours and materials costs for quoted tasks.
• Coordinate production meetings to generate project status reports.
• Develop and monitor project spend plans.
• Provide Earned Value inputs to the Operations PM office as required.
• Maintain knowledge of active programs to support an absent Operations Program Manager.
• Assist in controlling and reducing manufacturing costs.
• Provide weekly project cost visibility and utilization reports to Operations and Manufacturing Managers.
• Maintain past program files for future quotes and opportunities.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
