Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Operations, or related field preferred.
• 3–6+ years of manufacturing, project coordination, or program management experience.
• Experience supporting multi-site manufacturing operations is highly preferred.
• Knowledge of Stage-Gate processes, Microsoft Project, Smartsheet, Power BI, or similar project management tools.
• Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence cross-functional teams without direct authority.
• Willingness to travel up to 25%.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate cross-functional program execution across Fort Smith, AR and Tulsa, OK facilities.
• Lead milestone tracking, Gate reviews, and Work Package execution to keep programs on schedule.
• Partner with Engineering, Operations, Supply Chain, Quality, Purchasing, Sales, and Finance for manufacturing readiness.
• Monitor program risks and drive timely resolution.
• Maintain program dashboards and executive updates for visibility into progress.
• Coordinate production readiness, launch activities, and validation efforts.
• Align timelines with plant capacity, staffing, tooling, and equipment readiness.
