Qualifications

• Experience in team leadership or project management.
• Fluent in English (written and spoken).

Responsibilities

• Lead, supervise, design, and optimize manufacturing systems and information flows.
• Drive cross-functional collaboration to achieve project goals.
• Maintain project schedules and track performance metrics.
• Identify risks, develop solutions, and implement improvements.
• Ensure compliance with IATF 16949, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001.
• Present status updates and coordinate with stakeholders.
