Job summary

Textron Systems in Wilmington, MA is seeking a Manufacturing Project Manager to perform Earned Value management for the Operations group and assist the Manufacturing Program Manager with executing commitments and contract deliverables. You will own projects, coordinating with Manufacturing Engineering, Quality, Production Control, Logistics, and Planning to drive program execution.

The role requires strong organization, teamwork, and communication.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, Engineering, Supply Chain, or similar discipline.
• Understanding of Earned Value Management principles.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Demonstrated ability to work across organizational boundaries.
• Strong interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office & Excel.
• Willingness to learn ERP system (Oracle ARMS) and Power BI.
• U.S. citizen with ability to obtain Secret level security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Apply Earned Value techniques to monitor and control the Performance Measurement Baseline.
• Assist the Manufacturing Program Manager with financial, technical, and scheduling requirements of a critical program subsystem.
• Assist with Control Account Manager responsibilities for program budget and variance analysis.
• Communicate operations progress across all stakeholders.
• Assist with proposal generation and submittal to internal program team.
• Perform related operations duties as needed.
