In this role, you will closely collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, supply chain, quality, and production, to ensure that manufacturing requirements are met and production targets are achieved.
You will also be responsible for managing risks that could impact production, including material shortages, equipment failures, and delays. You will take swift action to resolve any issues, keeping the program on track.
Lastly, you will drive continuous improvement efforts to enhance production efficiency, reduce costs, and improve product quality. By leading process optimization initiatives, you will contribute to the overall success of the program.

Estimate salary range for this role: $88,200 to $141,300 per year. ST Engineering considers several factors with extending job offers, including but not limited to candidates’ key skills, relevant work experience, education/training/certification, job level, and work location. Base salary is only one component of our competitive Total Rewards package.
