Who YOU Are And What YOU Can Become

We are seeking a hands-on, self-driven, and highly collaborative Manufacturing Engineer to join our Advanced Technology team, supporting the development, operation, and integration of emerging manufacturing technologies used to prototype and produce next-generation aerospace components.

This role is ideal for an engineer who enjoys working directly with manufacturing equipment, building hardware, supporting prototype development, and solving practical engineering challenges. A major focus of this position will be ownership and operation of industrial additive manufacturing systems while supporting broader advanced manufacturing initiatives including composite development, tooling fabrication, machining support, and manufacturing process development.

You will work closely with design engineers, manufacturing teams, technicians, and research groups to accelerate product development, improve manufacturing capabilities, and enable innovative aerospace structures and processes.

You will bring hands-on experience operating industrial additive manufacturing equipment and supporting advanced manufacturing environments. Experience with aerospace manufacturing, composite materials, tooling development, prototyping, and machining operations is highly valued.

Who WE Are And Where WE Are Going
