Textron Systems, part of Textron, requires a Manufacturing Program Manager to lead manufacturing and supply chain activities across multiple locations. You will coordinate IRAD, production, engineering development, and transition-to-production tasks, ensuring timely, accurate execution of program requirements.

The role demands strong communication, problem-solving, and leadership across cross-functional teams, with travel 10-15% and a focus on metrics, scheduling, and supplier coordination.

Qualifications

• Requires ability to translate technical decisions into business terms and clear documentation.
• Strong time/resource management to handle shifting priorities.
• Problem isolation with troubleshooting and corrective actions.
• Excellent written and verbal communications; able to work cross-functionally.

Responsibilities

• Represent Operations on Program IPTs and Operations Leadership.
• Coordinate across operations and programs to ensure timely execution.
• Establish manufacturing schedules and coordinate with Master Scheduler.
• Track execution metrics and report to ELT.
• Coordinate key purchases/sub-contracts with external supply chain.
• Lead cross-functional, multi-site teams through manufacturing readiness and process development.
• Support customer reviews and audits of operations.
