Job summary

Quest Global is seeking an Integrated Program Lead in Charlotte, NC, to drive end-to-end program execution across engineering, supply chain, production, quality, and commercial objectives. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent experience in lieu of degree.
• 10+ years’ experience in supply chain and program management.
• Strong project management experience handling multiple projects.
• Ability to coordinate, manage, and maintain status on tasks and optimize program output.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement supply chain management plans for specific programs.
• Lead cross-functional teams from design through manufacturing and delivery.
• Manage transformer production schedules, capacity planning, and workflow optimization.
• Drive quality, safety, and compliance across manufacturing operations.
• Coordinate suppliers and materials to ensure on-time production and delivery.
• Monitor KPIs related to productivity, cost, quality and customer satisfaction.
• Lead risk management and contingency planning for supplier performance.
• Support proposals with strategies, program plans, and estimates.
• Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to deliver key attributes and on-time parts delivery.
• Lead change processes (Product Change Board, DCR, Audit) to meet targets.
