Job summary

Creation Technologies is seeking a Program Administrator to support program managers and cross functional teams in Rochester, NY. This role emphasizes administrative, operational, and logistical tasks that keep manufacturing programs running smoothly and drive customer success.

You will coordinate documentation, confirm POs and RMAs, prepare AR statements, schedule meetings, track milestones, and assist with production scheduling and shipping logistics.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 1–2 years hands-on experience in an operations support, customer service or administrative role.
• Experience with an ERP system such as Oracle or similar is an asset.

Responsibilities

• Manages and organizes program documentation for stakeholders.
• Reviews POs and RMAs, maintains order alignment.
• Prepares AR statements and resolves invoice discrepancies.
• Coordinates meetings and aligns cross-functional teams.
• Tracks milestones and notifies teams of deadlines and delays.
