Job summary

McLoone Metal Graphics, Inc. in Wisconsin is seeking a production associate responsible for the production of labels and signs and the ability to use all equipment in the production facility.

You will manage printing and sign production, assist with cutting, laminating, punching holes, perform routine machine maintenance, troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues, and conduct initial quality checks. • Must be detail oriented and have good hand/eye coordination.
• Proficient with Excel and SAP in production contexts.
• Able to multi-task and manage several projects simultaneously.
• Well organized and reliable with the ability to meet deadlines.
• Physically able to lift up to 75 lbs and work both independently and with others.

Responsibilities

• All aspects of label / sign printing and production.
• Assists in sign production (printing, cutting, laminating, punching holes, etc.).
• Performs routine maintenance of machines, keeping proper records.
• Troubleshoots /diagnoses mechanical and electrical problems of printing equipment.
• Simple machine repairs with supporting documentation.
• Perform initial quality check for finished products as produced.
• Trains on new equipment and new techniques.
• Complies with safety training and SOPs for equipment and processes.
• Review, comprehend and follow SOPs for equipment and processes as needed.

Summary : Responsible for the production of labels and signs and teh abulity to use all equipment in the production facility.

Overall Responsibilities:

• All aspects of label / sign printing and production.
• Assists in sign production (printing, cutting, laminating, punching holes, etc.)
• Performs routine maintenance of machines, keeping proper records
• Troubleshoots /diagnoses mechanical and electrical problems of printing equipment
• Simple machine repairs with supporting documentation
• Perform initial quality check for finished products as produced.
• Trains on all/any new equipment, open minded to new techniques and methods of improvement
• Complies with safety training and procedures
• Review, comprehend and follow SOP’s for equipment and processes as needed

• Other projects as assigned.
