Job summary

McLoone in Wisconsin is seeking a hands-on production specialist responsible for label and sign printing and equipment operation. You will handle printing, cutting, laminating, and related tasks in a fast-paced facility.

The role requires strong mechanical and computer skills, familiarity with SAP production processes, and the ability to lift up to 75 lbs. You will work with a team and contribute to continuous improvements.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of label and sign printing and production.
• Assist in sign production including printing, cutting, laminating, and punching holes.
• Perform routine machine maintenance and keep records.
• Troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues on printing equipment.
• Conduct initial quality checks on finished products.
• Train on new equipment and contribute to process improvements.
• Follow SOPs and safety procedures; participate in other projects as needed.

Summary:

Responsible for the production of labels and signs and teh abulity to use all equipment in the production facility.

Overall Responsibilities:

• All aspects of label / sign printing and production.
• Assists in sign production (printing, cutting, laminating, punching holes, etc.)
• Performs routine maintenance of machines, keeping proper records
• Troubleshoots /diagnoses mechanical and electrical problems of printing equipment
• Simple machine repairs with supporting documentation
• Perform initial quality check for finished products as produced.
• Trains on all/any new equipment, open minded to new techniques and methods of improvement
• Complies with safety training and procedures
• Review, comprehend and follow SOP’s for equipment and processes as needed
• SAP
• Other projects as assigned.
