Job summary

Roskam Foods is seeking a Manufacturing Production Team Lead to guide a food packaging line, partnering with the Line Supervisor to coordinate workers for efficient output, sanitation, and quality.

You will train teams, execute the production plan, set up and run packaging machinery, and maintain accurate inventory and quality data—while upholding safety and regulatory standards across the operation.

Qualifications

• Experience leading operations teams in manufacturing.
• Strong leadership presence and excellent communication skills.
• Background in food service or manufacturing is a plus.

Responsibilities
