Job Description

• Direct flow of production materials through multiple sewing & sealing operations.
• Responsible for production line staffing assignments for 4-15 people.
  • Monitoring productivity against measured timing for operations.
  • Assigning people to correct operations based on training.
  • Ensuring the team is aware of day-to-day targets and responsibilities.
  • Accountable for KPIs tied to labor expenses and other operating expenses.
  • Allocating resources to minimize downtime and ensure completion of scheduled activities. Prioritizing and managing workload to meet goals.
• Staff Supervision:
  • Approving time off requests and addressing attendance violations via verbal and written communication.
  • Handling employee issues and concerns.
  • Assisting with onboarding new hires, conducting reviews, and ensuring proper training of associates.
