Job Responsibilities:

  • Manage direct flow of production materials through multiple sewing & sealing operations.
  • Supervise production line staffing assignments for 4-15 people.
  • Monitor productivity against measured timing for operations.
  • Assign personnel to correct operations based on training.
  • Ensure the team is aware of daily targets and responsibilities.
  • Be accountable for KPIs related to labor and operating expenses.
  • Allocate resources to minimize downtime and ensure scheduled activities are completed.

Staff Supervision:

  • Approve time off requests and address attendance violations through verbal and written communication.
  • Handle employee issues and concerns.
  • Assist with onboarding, conduct reviews, and ensure proper training of associates.

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience as a team lead in a production/manufacturing environment.
  • Bilingual Spanish/English strongly preferred.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Teams, Outlook).
