Job summary

Strong leadership and Lean manufacturing experience are required.

Qualifications

• Associate or Bachelor's degree preferred, or equivalent manufacturing leadership experience.
• Minimum three years of manufacturing supervisory experience.
• Experience leading teams of 25–40 employees.
• Experience in Lean manufacturing environments preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily manufacturing operations to maintain production flow.
• Prioritize labor and resources to meet changing production demands.
• Coach, guide and develop employees; conduct performance evaluations.
• Foster a culture of safety, accountability, quality and continuous improvement.
• Coordinate with departments to meet customer expectations and schedule.
