Qualifications

• 2 years’ supervisory experience in a related environment (logistics / manufacturing).
• 2 years’ experience in clerical-related responsibilities with computer applications.
• Bachelor's degree in logistics, supply chain, manufacturing, or related area.

Responsibilities

• Promote a safe work environment by ensuring associates use PPE and follow safety procedures.
• Maintain clean, hazard-free work areas and address potential safety hazards promptly.
• Manage daily production area operations, schedules, staffing, and priorities.
• Monitor and evaluate operations for quality, efficiency, and effectiveness.
• Inspect materials, products, and equipment for defects and take corrective actions.
• Assist with production sequencing to meet goals while delivering customer service.
• Resolve associate performance concerns through coaching and corrective action.
• Review and analyze departmental reports to monitor performance and identify improvements.
• Support Lean manufacturing, document best practices, and implement process improvements.
• Participate in onboarding and training to develop associate knowledge and performance.
• Provide guidance on process improvements related to waste reduction, quality, and productivity.
• Coordinate and oversee job-related activities with stakeholders, under business plans that meet customer and organizational needs.
• Identify goals, measure progress, and address process improvement opportunities.
