Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• 1–3 years of production supervisory experience preferred.
• Strong communication and leadership abilities.
• Solid mechanical/technical aptitude; manufacturing experience a plus.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office suite.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and support employees in production of metal closures.
• Ensure product quality, safety compliance, and a strong safety culture.
• Learn and apply SPC principles, SOPs, and productivity standards.
• Manage equipment and production flow to maximize efficiency.
• Develop, mentor, and assign work while maintaining labor contract compliance.
• Foster a positive workplace with effective communication.
