Job Overview:

Manufacturing Production Supervisor - 2304 Century Center Boulevard, Irving, Texas, 75062

As a Production Supervisor, you are responsible for the overall operating performance of Keurig Dr Pepper's processing operations. You will work with the team to streamline the efficiency of coffee flow, emphasizing safety, quality, delivery, and improving financial results.

Shift & Schedule: This position supports our 1st shift team working Monday-Friday, 5:30 am - 3:00 pm. Flexibility for additional coverage outside these hours, including weekends and holidays, is required.

Responsibilities include:

  1. Ensuring a safe workplace with a safety-first mindset.
  2. Supervising up to 20+ production employees.
  3. Hiring, scheduling, and supervising staff and temporary workers.
  4. Following all safety, ergonomic, and policy standards.
  5. Overseeing process documentation, training, and workplace cleanliness.
  6. Ensuring product quality and adherence to quality processes.
  7. Collaborating with Quality Control, Engineering, Maintenance, and Facilities to improve quality and efficiency.
  8. Tracking productivity and shift efficiency.
  9. Managing production costs using lean manufacturing principles.
  10. Maintaining inventory accuracy and control.
  11. Conducting performance reviews for staff.
  12. Reporting on food safety, quality, and regulatory compliance.
  13. Ensuring the production of safe, wholesome, and quality products, with trained designees when needed.
  14. Performing additional duties as assigned by management.

Minimum Requirements:

  • High School Diploma required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • At least 3+ years supervisory experience in manufacturing, preferably in food and beverage.
  • Experience with lean manufacturing, TQM, and problem-solving tools.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Word; SAP experience preferred.
  • Ability to develop and deliver group presentations.
  • Ability to provide actionable feedback.
