Qualifications

• Associate degree or higher.
• Familiar with basic production-management processes.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Ability to monitor production status and relevant data.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop daily, weekly, and monthly production schedules.
• Generate weekly material requirements plans.
• Establish weekly packaging material requirements.
• Track production order progress and close-out.
• Monitor and communicate production abnormalities.
• Collaborate with shipping coordinator on inventory reduction.
• Evaluate machine capacity and participate in new project development.
• Execute tasks assigned by supervisor in a timely manner.
• Attend scheduled meetings.
• Generate regular reports as required on time.
• Achieve individual and departmental KPIs.
• Conduct regular meetings with shipping coordinator to review production issues.
• Handle, communicate, and coordinate various production issues.
• Lead daily production and sales meetings and follow up on issues.
