The Gund Company in Euless, Texas seeks a Manufacturing Production Supervisor to lead daily operations in a fast-paced facility, oversee production teams, coordinate workflows, and partner with Quality, Engineering, Maintenance and Leadership to meet goals. Ideal candidates have manufacturing leadership experience, strong communication and coaching skills, and data-driven problem solving; Excel and ERP/MRP are preferred.

A bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience is expected.

• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and production reporting tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise daily manufacturing operations.
• Coach, mentor, and develop production employees.
• Monitor productivity, efficiency, quality, and delivery metrics.
• Coordinate staffing, scheduling, and production priorities.
• Analyze production data and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Troubleshoot manufacturing challenges and implement corrective actions.
• Partner with Quality, Engineering, Maintenance, and Leadership teams to achieve goals.
• Conduct team meetings and promote accountability.
• Support employee training, onboarding, and performance management.
