Job summary

Essity AB in Bordentown, NJ is seeking a proactive Production Team Coordinator to keep the manufacturing floor running efficiently. You’ll coordinate daily activities, support operators, and ensure smooth workflow across shifts.

The role starts on first shift 7AM–3:30PM, then moves to weekend 5AM–5PM Fri-Sun. You’ll collaborate across teams to meet production orders, maintain safety and quality standards, and drive continuous improvement with strong organizational skills and hands-on problem

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• At least 1 year in a team coordination or administrative role with understanding of workflows and resource management.
• Experience in a production or manufacturing environment.
• Strong communication skills across teams.
• Supervisory experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Ensure commitment to a safe, healthy, and sustainable work environment.
• Coordinate daily activities and support operators to keep workflow on track.
• Provide operational support for logistics and ensure resources are available.
• Facilitate clear communication between team members and align on tasks and schedules.
• Monitor safety, quality, and efficiency standards; identify improvement opportunities.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives aligned with business needs.
• Track day-to-day progress and ensure timely completion of tasks.
• Lead onboarding and coaching of new and existing team members.
• Collaborate with other departments and stakeholders to meet objectives.
