Job summary

Euclid Chemical is seeking a manufacturing teammate in Ohio, Cleveland, to support safe, efficient production lines. You will load, weigh, and mix ingredients, operate packaging equipment, and ensure quality throughout the batch process.

Role involves manual handling, forklift operation, and routine maintenance activities. The company offers comprehensive benefits including health coverage, 401(k) with match, pension, paid time off, and parental leave, with a pay rate of $19.25 per hour.

Qualifications

• Forklift certification or ability to obtain.
• Ability to work with basic mathematical concepts.
• Must be fluent in spoken and written English.

Responsibilities

• Perform all duties in accordance with safety rules and regulations, including maintaining a clean and safe work environment.
• Ensure that product quality is met or exceeded.
• Responsible for efficient manufacturing and continuous improvement of products and processes.
• Interpret process instructions to ensure quality and/or regulatory compliance.
• Perform batch assembly - loading chemicals manually or by use of material handling equipment where equipped.
• Clean 100 cubic foot mixers when required.
• Operate the pail filling line - scale setup, fill pails, and stack pails onto pallets.
• Operate bagging equipment - calibrates and sets scale for product being produced; remove broken bags.
• Operate bulk bag filling equipment - scale setup, fills 2,000–3,300 lb bulk bags, and overweight/underweight corrections prior to shipping.
• Small packaging assembly - label pails, fill pails, hammer lids onto pails, and stack pails up to 65 lbs.
• Operate walk behind pallet truck.
• Performs other duties as necessary.
