Job summary

Euclid Chemical, a fully owned subsidiary of RPM International, located in Cleveland, OH, is seeking a Production Associate to support safe and efficient production operations. This role involves batch assembly, line operation, and packaging tasks with a strong emphasis on quality and process improvement.

-qualified applicants must be forklift-certified or able to obtain certification, have basic math skills, and be fluent in English.

Qualifications

• Forklift certification or ability to obtain
• Ability to work with basic mathematical concepts
• Must be fluent in spoken and written English

Responsibilities

• Perform duties in accordance with safety rules and regulations, maintaining a clean and safe environment
• Ensure product quality is met or exceeded
• Oversee efficient manufacturing and continuous improvement of products and processes
• Interpret process instructions for quality and regulatory compliance
• Perform batch assembly and operate material handling equipment when available
• Operate mixers, filling lines, bagging and bulk bag equipment as required
• Label, fill, seal, and stack pails up to 65 lbs; operate pallet truck
