Qualifications

• Forklift certified or ability to obtain
• Proficiency in basic mathematics
• Fluent in spoken and written English

Responsibilities

• Perform all duties in accordance with safety rules and maintain a clean, safe work environment.
• Ensure product quality is met or exceeded.
• Manufacture efficiently and continuously improve all products and processes.
• Interpret process instructions for quality and regulatory compliance.
• Conduct batch assembly and operate material handling equipment where equipped.
• Operate pail filling equipment, set up, fill, and palletize.
• Assist with small packaging: label, fill, hammer lids, and stack pails up to 65 lbs.
• Operate walk-behind pallet truck.
• Perform other duties as necessary.
