Responsibilities

• Assembles building material components such as pre-fabricated wall panels, floor and roof trusses.
• Uses hand and power tools according to supervisor and blueprints.
• Positions materials, clamps, splices, and fits parts.
• Verifies dimensions of precut parts for accurate assembly.
• Ensures items meet quality specs and suggests improvements.
• Sets up materials according to cut sheet layout.
• Uses press stations to place and press plates on lumber.
• Follows production list and shift goals.
• Maintains machine and area cleanup.
• Follows company policies and professional standards.
