Job summary

Seal & Design Inc. in Town of Clarence, NY is seeking a Production Associate to fabricate orders per job specs, while focusing on quality, productivity and process improvement.

You will learn process flows in a live production environment, operate machinery safely, perform inspections and support other departments as needed. Shift 6:00 am–2:30 pm, pay $22–$26 per hour, with a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Ability to use measurement tools accurately.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Work quickly and efficiently in a fast-paced environment while meeting goals.
• Ability to multi-task.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to read, write and speak in English.
• Mechanical/manufacturing background is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Operates machinery safely according to company policies.
• Performs first-piece inspection and in-process inspection.
• Cross trains and assists in other departments as required to meet production needs/deadlines.
