Job summary

Clayton Homes is seeking Home Building Team Members to perform manufacturing production operations across departments in the home building process. The role follows standard production methods and safety practices to keep production efficient and safe.

You will work in a team, read confirmation orders and build to quality standards, observe OSHA regulations, and support leaders to plan and organize activities. High school diploma preferred; versatile movement between departments.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required or preferred.
• Ability to read architectural/engineering drawings is highly desired.
• Clear and effective communication within a team environment.

Responsibilities

• Practice safe work habits and follow OSHA regulations.
• Work in a team to produce products meeting quality standards and productivity goals.
• Protect and maintain company assets; keep areas clean and organized.
• Assist team leaders to plan and communicate material needs and maintenance.
• Perform other duties as assigned by supervisors.
