Job summary

Lippert Components, Inc. is seeking a production team member to help move materials through the production line and ensure parts meet specifications. You will assist in wiring and assembly steps, monitor part supply at stations, and help keep the work area organized and safe.

The role requires teamwork and the ability to lift items over 50 pounds, read basic instructions, and work with minimal supervision. This is a full-time, first-shift hourly position emphasizing reliability and safety.

Qualifications

• This role requires basic reading of measurements, directions and instructions.
• Must be able to read and interpret basic blueprints or specs.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the flow of production and move material through the work area.
• Maintain inventory and ensure adequate part supply at processing stations.
• Move completed parts to shipping area and assist in repairs as needed.
• Maintain good housekeeping and safety practices.
