Job summary

RealTruck Inc. is seeking a Production Assembler in West Monroe, LA, working 5:00 am–3:30 pm, Monday through Friday. The role focuses on performing assembly tasks per work instructions while maintaining quality and safety standards on a production line.

The ideal candidate will read and interpret documents, perform basic math, use assembly tools, and accurately read tape measures. A GED or high school diploma is preferred, with 1–3 months of related experience encouraged.

POSITION SUMMARY

The Production Assembler plays a crucial role in the manufacturing process, contributing to the manufacture of high-quality products. Responsible for executing assembly tasks according to the work instructions, this role requires precision, attention to detail, and adherence to quality standards. The Production Assembler must achieve set production goals, maintain a safe and clean work environment, and leverage Lean manufacturing tools to enhance efficiency.

• Complete all required paperwork and/or data entry.
• May work at different workstations as production needs require.

QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS

Education and Experience

• High school diploma or general education degree (GED) preferred.
• 1-3 months of related experience and/or training preferred.
